What our customers are saying...

Rich Bowman, Sr. Project Manager, Department of Early Learning

Greg’s Smith’s ‘Ten Steps to Becoming Agile’ is simply the best presentation I’ve seen on how to introduce agile development to the enterprise. Greg differs from most proponents of Scrum and agile development in that he recognizes that a development process must fit into the enterprise; i.e., that it is crucially important to create a process that respects the needs of the enterprise as a whole, not just of the development teams.

Donna Reed – The Agilista PM

“Greg is one of the most enabling and knowledgeable Agile coaches and trainers I’ve had the privilege to work with over the last 4 years. His first hand experience makes him very relative and practical to any organization wanting to become Agile. He realizes that most organizations have started their journey to become Agile – each in their own unique way – and has the eye to know where and how to help organizations, teams as well as individuals in maturing in their Agile quest for project management and software development. “
